Hi Paul. I'm Sean's mother, the Otherways typist. I found your message today and wish you the best. Stay away from meat that might not be clean, guard and/or share your water and watch your belongings! I'm a North Carolina public health professional. From what I discerned, health care in Ouake is woefully lacking. Life expectancy is 20 years less than in the States and children die. What seemed most pronounced were the lack of options of hope for most of the people. I'm glad you're there to try to make a difference. Good luck. Feel free to keep in touch.
